Here are a few helpful reminders when returning your application:

Please make sure to return all pages of the application completed and signed where applicable. Failure to have all areas completed can cause a delay in the processing of your application. If a section does not apply to you please put N/ A.
Be sure to include copies of all driver’s license or ID cards and copies of social security cards for everyone over the age of 18.
The full name and phone number(s) for the place of employment for all working adults in the household. Or you may attach copies of your last 3 pay stubs. If you receive Social Security, please obtain a print out from the Social Security Administration www.ssa.gov/myaccount. If you receive a pension bring in a copy of your last check stub or bank statement showing the monthly amount you receive.
Make sure the attached release form is signed and dated by fill household members 18 years and older.
An application fee of $40 per adult, by cash, money order made payable to JMatt Management LLC, or VENMO to 704-634-0539.
Addresses for all landlords for the last 5 years. Addresses must match addresses listed on your credit report.
Once we have received your completed application, with all requested information outlined above, we will start the approval process. Once we have verified all information we will then obtain a credit report(s). The entire approval process may take as long as 48 hours to complete. Once complete we will be in direct contact to discuss property viewings, and leasing information.
