JMatt Management LLC. opened for business in August of 2016, when owner Emily was presented a unique opportunity to take over management of a Campground & RV Park that was owned by her Grandparents at the time.
Growing up in a self-employed family, Emily was not a stranger to the multi-tasking environment owning a business requires. However, after completing schooling and receiving her PMIC licensing, she realized that the need in her area for private property management was growing and this further launched into a melting pot of real estate networking, management, and consulting services for property owners of all types & sizes.
Named for their 2 Children (Jacob & Matthew) Emily, and her Husband, Cliff chose “JMatt Management LLC”, to bring a personal touch to every single element of their business. Fast forward to today and you see that the husband and wife team’s management scope includes single family homes, multi-family apartment units, townhomes, campground & RV Park, commercial units, as well as our newest venture of vacation rentals!
